During this unprecedented pandemic, the University of Alberta Debate Society is committed to ensuring a great debate experience for all our members while ensuring safety and in compliance with regulations.
ABOUT US
We welcome anyone who is interested to come and join us at any time in the year regardless of experience. Our club places a heavy emphasis on training, and we are happy to help you improve every week.​
Memberships
Memberships are available throughout the year and are sold at our regular meetings for a cost of $15 for the full year. Buying a membership entitles one to run or vote in club executive elections, as well as reduced fees at UADS-hosted tournaments. Membership is also required for registration at external tournaments.
MEMBERSHIPS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO ATTEND MEETINGS
